sadly i missed you but my friends and relations in monmouth, abergavenny, brecon beacons, rhondda and cardff all waved most enthusiastically. nice to see you they all said.

Sorry gness, I didn't mean to stop the builder at work, but glad you saw me fly by earlier.

I missed Will-i-am shame, but I saw the Olympic Torch today being carried by some great people out to the west of Cardiff this morning. Waved frantically at them too.
