Faulty phone twin handset, can i take it back, have receipt but no packaging?

i bought twin handset from Argos in march, now one of the handsets is not working. can i take it back, i have the receipt but dont have the box. thanks in advance.

For a refund or replacement you may need the box, a repair under the guarantee, proof of purchase, which you have. Should be fine argos very good in my experience

Have you tried fixing it? Just an idea as one of my pair seems to stop working now and again but taking the batteries out for 5 minutes and replacing them resets it and it's OK.

yeah, i've tried but its still not working, thanks for your replies, i'll take it to Argos tomorrow and hopefully exchange it.
