Access Database on vista

Using Vista, trying to open an NS Access database sent to me via email but it wont open saying "file located outside your Intranet or an untrusted site".
I have looked at the Intranet settings but no idea what to do , suspect a tick box somewhere! Anyone got any ideas? Thank you
