I feel for this guy I read about recently who got dumped by his girlfriend just shortly after he spent £1000 on a holiday for them both. Instead of trying to get his money back etc he's giving the hoiday away for free! It's her loss if you ask me, letting a selfless guy like that slip through her fingers. When was your last random act of kindness??? Maybe you handed a wallet into the police station, help an old lady across the road or let soemone borrow your mobile phone.

That could have been an act of spite...
Wouldn't it be interestiing to hear her side of the story!
I don't think that's necessarily an act of kindness, I think he's dumping the holiday because he doesn't want anything to remind him of the GF. I think I'd have offered it to a local charity to raffle.
I let the wife watch Lulu on Piers Morgan last night.
OH gets to watch interminable cricket from India.... (but then he does let me watch the Apprentice, and Not Going Out, which he can't stand)
I put a quid in the Lifeboat bucket outside Tesco yesterday....does that count?
would you have felt better if she had dumped him after the holiday?

fundraising for local animal home
I lost twenty quid in the pub last night... quelle surprise wasn't handed in.. so I was inadvertantly nice to some selfish sod..
