after my meltdown the other week, i can safely say im a little better in myself. I have been referred to a counsellor and just awaiting an appointment. Things got on top of me, and thanks to you all that were here for me, i came through it. I can't say im not going to have those feelings again, as im not sure myself. I have a long way to go yet, and hope i make it to the other end. I just want to say, now you know the real me, you must think im mad, but im kind of glad that you all know who i am and what i have been through, warts an all.

I would like to "THANK YOU" all so very much for your kind words when i was at my lowest, who knows, i might not be here today if i hadn't turned to answerbank.

i must say i didnt see your problems rozia but im so glad that you have taken the first step and are getting on the road to recovery...the people on here are a great bunch [mostly] when my dear dad died in 2008 i had many words of comfort on here and when i feel at a low ebb [which i do sometimes] i look back at the posts on here which my ''ab friends'' wrote and even to this day it still pulls me through...
All the best with your counselling. xx
Bless you rozia, glad we could help - take care x

I am so pleased that you are feeling a so much brighter, x
glad to hear it, rozia. Just concentrate on baby steps. You now know you can keep your head above water, which you didn't a couple of weeks ago, so that's a good start.
Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better and have sought some help. I too have seen my doctor and have been referred to a bereavement counsellor. We all need some help sometimes and we should not be ashamed or frightened to ask for it. Good luck with yours.
Great news Rozia - the first step on the road to be happy with your life, be well ♥
Roz...glad to hear you are feeling a bit brighter...one day at a time....onwards and upwards...♥♥
