If you insure a moped for a year which insurers allow it as a no claims bonus against car insurance. Similarly, who takes you being a named driver into account when you get your own insurance?

they don't normally take Bike to Car NCBs & Vise versa.
unless they changed the rules!
I don't think bike insurance is taken into account on car insurance, it's a completely different class of vehicle.

I don't know the answer to the second part.
