Hi Folks,

I've had my iPod for about 10 months now and installed iTunes with no problems. Since then, as you'd expect, it says I need to update it to the latest version. Everytime I try this, a blank box comes up but nothing happens, I've even left it for 3 hours just in case it was being a bit slow.

Its really annoying now as I'd like to start downloading podcasts but it won't let me unless I update - but it won't let me do that either!!

I will love you forever if you can give any good advice on this! Thanks x

Try uninstalling the old version then d/load and install the version on the itunes website which will be the latest version

Before you do that, be aware that you will have to re-import all your music files - you can do it in bulk, but it can be a real pain of you have renamed files in itunes, or if you haven't deleted unwanted files from your hard drive. Have you tried the itunes discussion forum?
