In nativity scenes or plays that depict three kings or wise men visiting the newborn Jesus as he lay in a manger, most people feel that God used a star to lead them to the stable in Bethlehem. What do you think?

Ron, //Quite so naomi, although you were being facetious, it's as good an explanation as any. //

Well, although that hypothesis has been promulgated by several, I confess I was being facetious – but only because I don’t see the point of such an exercise and I don’t believe the outcome would have been as it was if that were really the case. However, the God of Abraham is another story entirely – and in that I am not being facetious. I think it quite possible that he was, in fact, someone from another planet.

Naomi sits back to await the ridicule, the cries of indignation, and perhaps even the rational arguments.
I have seen quite a lot of lights over houses around chrismastide, perhaps it is a seasonal phenomenom. How did the 3 kings know which was the correct one?
