I've replaced my old pc [Windows 2000]with Toshiba [Windows 7]but I can't install my photosmart printer. I just get a message -operation not supported. Current OS:601.64
Does anyone understand what it means?

You are trying to install a 32bit driver on a 64bit system.

Unless it's a fairly old printer the 64bit drivers will probably be availble on HPs website, if you post the exact model of the printer I'm sure somebody will point you to it if you can't find it.
