Does EDS still exist as a Legal entity within HP

HP acquired EDS, the IT services group in 2008. In 2009 HP made the EDS brand defunct and created a new HP branded services division called HP Enterprise Services.

Despite having retired the EDS brand, does anyone know if HP has retained an EDS legal entity anywhere within it's organisation?

Can IPR rights of use, previously granted to EDS be passed to HP if EDS no longer exists as a legal entity?

If EDS does still exist as some kind of legal shell within HP does this mean that HP Enterprise Services can now benefit from the IPR rights of use previously granted to EDS?

Thanks

I went past a small factory in Luton a little while ago named EDS.
I do not know what they make.

I just thought. I typed EDS Luton in the search bar. It may be what you are looking for.
