Weight Problem!

I have been slowly gaining weight and have just realised I need to lose about two stone. I decided today was the day so I am going to do my best to cut out sweet stuff for the next month at least and cut down slightly on other things as well. Know it will be difficult as I do love my food!
Will keep you updated and could do with all the support I can get.

Pause - does that take us to Easter? I can't resist Easter Eggs; maybe one egg can be our reward for being so disciplined?

Cakes, biscuits, chocolates and desserts will all be substiuted for yoghurts and fruit until further notice.

Don't go with faddy diets, just eat less and exercise more
I need to join you on your quest,same prob,seems to creep up on you from nowhere!good luck
One useful way to help is to change your portion size.Try using a smaller dinner plate.Also...deliberately eat as slowly as poss...and have a glass of water first..as this does fill you up a bit.
Walk more often ...climb the stairs...do gardening.All simple things which burn calories!
The main things you should be trying to do is cut out white bread and any other over processed food. Good luck.

good luck......... think ( low fat ) food.
Low fat doesn't mean low calorie anneasquith, many low fat foods are loaded with sugar making them very bad for you!
