Ive just been taken off Diclofenac 50 mg tabs three times daily in favour of Naproxen 250mg tablets twice a day could any one advise me how soon/time should I feel any benefits from this different anti inflammatory thanks for any replies

Difficult to say without knowing why your Diclofenac was stopped in favour of Naproxen.

Thanks Sqad Ive been having regular stomach aches probably caused by this anti-inflammatory and my GP said there was also some other recent evidence that diclofenac was causing some heart issues (not in my case )and that Naproxen was probably somewhat a safer option if i needed to take anti-inflammatory's as Ive widespread spinal disc degeneration plus i had the now infamous metal on metal THR and had to have a revision hip replacement as i developed ALVAL as a result of these conditions im in constant pain/ache

Carly I am taking diclofenac for back pain is there a problem with them I havent been to the doctors for a while but now wondering whether I should get them changed to an alternative
fruitsalsd....I would stay put.......... similar long term effects have been "suggested" with both drugs.
Ok thanks squad they do help with the back pain only thing that does
