Hi, I wonder if anyone can help to answer some curiosity..
I just bought something on ebay, (product is irrelevant) and I'm just trying to find out who somebody is in one of the photos.

Who exactly is the chap in the bottom right? Says something about bbc radio, but its not somebody I recognise, wondering if anyone knows?
