Renault Scenic 2001 transmission problems

Hi All, i need an honest opinion about my Renault Scinic 2001 Auto Transmission which is starting to play up on me.

Basically what is happening is that it feels that there is a delay in the gear kicking in. This mainly happens when gearing down to a set of lights, car will stop then the gear will kick in 2 to 5 seconds after i have stopped...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
