My blackberry screen has stopped working. Nothing will show on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the white screen of death. My daughters did this and was only a couple of months of old. After unsuccessfully re installing the software a couple of times O2 replaced the handset with a brand new one.

Thank you for your help. She has only had it since november on contract from orange, do you think they will replace it?
