It would be really nice, and would lend some context (IMHO) if the questions on the front page showed which section they had been posted in.

Eg, at the bottom beteen the date posted and the number of answers it could just say "Jokes" or "Technical", or whatever.

I never go to the front page but I've just looked and I'm not sure why the change would be of any use - if a thread title interested me I would look at it, regardless of which topic it was from.
I'm particularly interested in certain topics so I just go straight to those topics to see what's being discussed

See NJ's replies in this thread, factor30.
Sounds like a good idea to me rojash, while Factor is right for some users, it wouldn't hurt for the rest.
Hi rojash- I'm not sure what you mean by "See NJ's replies in this thread"- do you mean NJ and whih thread do you mean.

Sorry if I sounded negative. It wouldn't help me but it would help some and there are no disadvantages, so the idea is a good one if it's easy to implement and won't divert techie resources from more pressing issues.
haha- I think you mean this thread that NJ answered:

Hi factor30.
I don't know what happened to the link from my reply (I'm sure it was there when I clicked submit). Still, you found it anyway :)
Thumbs up from me!
Me too!
It might also help people to realise when a thread is or is not in Chatterbank, for example looking for a reasonably helpful reply or wanting a bit of fun!
