I had a cold call today from Easytalk, claiming they can provide a lower price for phone and broadband than BT or Talktalk. Has anyone heard of them or others experience of their service?

I would never deal with anyone who cold calls me. But it's worth checking on something like uswitch or teh Martin Lewis site to see if you can improve on your current deal- and who knows, Easytalk may indeed be worth looking at

I went into the website you mentioned and read about all the troubles others have had with this firm. I rang 0800 083 9432 to make sure my name was removed from their database.
