A facecloth soaked in the hottest water you can stand may draw it out...

Its got no head on it- not "burstable" just a sore lump :0(
vodka
depends what your skin is like. if you are really oily and prone to spots, use the garnier pure range (blue stuff; not the red stuff). it's the only thing in 20 years that has actually worked on my skin and is cheap....i'm chuffed to bits! x
There's a website called Victoria's health sorry don't have the address, but they do a product in a small orange tin called Prid. It draws out all of these nasties but you have to put it on and cover it with a plaster. It's good stuff but doesn't solve your immediate problem. You could go with the really hot water on a cloth, or else dab it with something to dry it out. Toothpaste can be quite good as well as the other suggestions here. But if you're run down you might need to boost your immune system, try echinacea for a wee while, or some zinc - be warned though they both taste foul - just try them for a few weeks. Zovirax works best for cold sores, or Boots own version.

Just heard make a paste with an asprin..iv touched it and its sore...

Accidently knocked it there though and by JESUS IT HURT!!!!!!!
did you not try the vodka?
Ooh I hate those, I've got one too at the moment and it's driving me mad!

I find clinique toner (the green one) good. Lasts ages too and you can get the trial ones to try usually from counters. I dab a bit on a sore spot and it seems to help and try not to touch it. I avoid make up or anything like creams which may have oil in on it too on it, let the skin breathe as much as possible and keep it nice and clean (I have natually quite oily skin though so helps me to keep that under control to help).

Steaming might help bring it out?
