Are all peppermint oil capsules the same?

I get prescribed peppermint oil capsules from the docs for IBS. As I haven't been able to get there to collect my prescription this week, I'm just about to run out and thought I'd see what I could get from the chemist in the meantime. I know there's the ones you take 3 times a day, half an hour to an hour before food (like what I was taking), but Boots do their own brand which you only take once a day.

Do you think they'll be similar to what I've been taking or something different altogether? Don't want to waste money on something that's no good!!
