VPN and file sharing

Ive sent up my pc so its a vpn server and i have connected another pc to my pc as a client -

now what i want to do is enable file sharing so he can see a specific folder that i allow to be shared in "my network places" how do I turn that on?

at the moment its connected but i cant see any thing on the other pcs drive
