The leccy was £350, I think I'm being done over. Going to ring them in the morning, what's that website where they tell you what supplier is the cheapest, does anyone know?
I think the comparison site was energysaving.co.uk or similar - not Uswitch.
I went for a company called Atlantic, as they have no standing charges. I am on dual- fuel with them and have pre-payment meters. At present I am spending £160 pm.
I am with eon, they have just put my monthly bills DOWN from £115 to £97 for gas and electric combined, I pay direct debit monthly.
This winter quarter (just gone) totalled £270, gas and electricity. (Don't like/do fixed monthly payments).
We live in a two bed flat which is protected on two sides by other buildings. We pay £25 per month leccy which is currently £58 in debit and £20 per month for gas which is currently £20 in credit. We switched to Southern Power from EON last year.
