You can be like me and shout at the contestants on TV quiz shows who apparently know nothing. Sometimes wonder what makes them think they would be any good - 15 minutes of fame??
Does it all die with you when you go? It's such a waste isn't it? My mind is full of useless bits of information - I don't know where some of it has come from. Perhaps it floats about in the cosmos.
I am so lucky. If my grandchildren have a query they often telephone me. Makes me feel important and so I keep trying to learn more.
That's a nice idea, starby, that it floats about for someone to grab - it's an awful shame to lose it.
Yes it is isn't it boxy - a shame to lose it, I mean. Come to think of it the people round here think I am clever. I'm not - I just have all these unrelated bits of information in my brain which I bring out and dust on occasion (the information not my brain, silly). Even an oldie can be useful sometimes if only as a bad example.
