If someone has been in a job, where housing ar a modest rent was offered as part of the package, can the employer, some 10 years down the line ask you to move out as they want to sell the property?
Do they not have any 'duty of care' given that it was part of the original package?

Thank you.
A landlord can always ask you to leave it is whether you have to go that matters, to give you a better answer can you please advise:

1/ The type of business you are in, agriculture, licensed premises?

2/ Your landlord is your employer, does he live with you?

3/ Do you know what kind of lease/tenancy you have?

The only thing to say at this moment is do not leave and do not rely on a duty of care.
