Train station billboard advert - photo of dog with the word "WELL"

At New Eltham train station in the outskirts of London, there is a large billboard "advert" which is just a photo of a dog with the word "WELL".

There is no other text or small-print anywhere on the poster - does anyone know what is it advertising or what its purpose is?! I don't watch TV, so this could link in with some TV advertising campaign and curiosity is getting the better of me!

Perhaps someone wantd to inform folk that their dog wasn't ill ?
Maybe next week it'll be replaced by a "healthy dog food" product ad.
I imagine it will be part of a campaign, and you will see more of them revealing what it is over the coming weeks.

Either that or the bill poster didn't finish his work!
If the follow up is "ARD" it may be in memoriam...
