I bought a new Radley suitcase last year for my holiday and stupidly lost the keys... can I find a key now to fit that particular lock, can I heck!

Have tried Radley headoffice and they dont make that suitcase anymore... locksmiths are a no too...

What do I do, buy a luggage strap that will make Radley look awful or buy another Radley suitcase???

Going on holiday on Friday so need to make a decision pretty quick... :)

Is there a number inside the lock? Don`t know about Radley but with Samsonite or Delsey you can get the lock number and it`s possible to get a replacement key. That`s very bad after sales service from Radley - and they`re not cheap either

Hi, yes there is a lock code but the locksmiths tried locating it and it doesnt exist anymore... so I'm pretty stuffed either way...
There are suitcase repairers around but as I said, I`m not familiar with Radley. If I get a problem with a suitcase (I managed to break the lock on my big Samsonite a while ago) and they just whipped the whole lock off and put a new one on with new keys.
Have you asked Radley if they have a recognised company they can reccommend?
you might be able to take it to a specialist and get the lock removed and an updated version added with a new key. Media URL: http://www.fastkeys.co.uk/keys
