Why is it people today seem predisposed to complain? We have storms ,trees are down cutting off power. What happened to resilience and the stiff upper lip?Today its all about whining and complaining. The least little problem and people want to speak to the manager or register a complaint.
When did it all change and why?

Hopkirk possibly. It seems if you attempt a debate or offer an opinion that differs youre seeking an arguement. All my points i consider valid.

Mik whats your fascination?I wasnt talking about you or yours and quite frankly youre lingering with intent.Intent to what I'm unsure though. The Mcpherson enquiry made most improvements tote police and also a desire to change from inside the force. The police do a very difficult job its hard to be too critical in general about them.
Never once in this thread have I mentioned the police. Who is on the ale here?
I also complement good service by writing letters, sending emails or seeking senior staff to point out good customer service.

Mik try to keep up and read the thread.I replied to another poster regarding the police.multitasking i believe its called.I believe you were going? So i will wish goodnight to you.
micmak go post me a song.

Teddy it is only for pointing out failings, whether it be to large corporations or small independents or even services like the NHS can those be seen to improve. If we say nothing they presume all is well.
If you pay your income tax, council tax and NH insurance you have every right to complain for a service, IMO!!!!!
Teddy. Milti-tasking and men . Surely that is a oxymoron or maybe just moron in your case.
Question Author
You have a right to service. Not a right to complain for complainings sake. How much money wasted chasing up complaints?Who pays for that?guess
If you never complain, nothing will improve!
