Just stuck on these last ones on this quiz and would be grateful for some help please! CLUES only please to help me find the answers... All answers are jobs/occupations.

17. Starts next to the King or Queen (is this something from the chess game?)

I've been interested in these posts but still can't see how no 48 can be an anagram - nothing seems to add up to 7 letters
48 Anag of 'remain' + R for right
An anagram of a word in clue + a letter that is used to represent one of the other words.
