hi, me and my husband have been trying for a baby well over a year now but still nothing, just wondering if anyone has any tips please, thank you.

You can buy ovulation tests, though I'm assuming you've tried those?

Other than that, hold your legs in the air for a while after. Something to do with gravity, I believe :P
Keep it simple and keep on practising! You could slip a pillow under your hips to elevate the pelvis, and try not to get up immediately afterwards lie nice and snuggle for a bit - pelvis elevated of course. Have you considered a visit to your doctor just for a general check up
main one, RELAX! focussing on trying will not be helping.

have sex every other day at all times of month if you dont know when youre ovulating.

none of this laying with legs in air afterwards, but dont go running off to loo or getti up, just drift off to sleep.
1) how often are you having sex?
2) do you know when you are ovulating?
are your periods regular? Have you been to doctors?
hi, i was using no contreception for 18 months and never fell pregnant - until i got a smear test done i know someone else this happened to also - basically as the cervix was 'scraped' that 'cleared the way' - try that ! xxx
