Absolutely agree with everything you say Yogi. (and not just because you thought I made a good point ;o) )
You're probably right zhukov but it shouldn't depend on whether someone is a 'tough guy' or a snotty, obnoxious kid.

There is the right way and there is mob rule.

The next snotty obnoxious kid picked up and thrown to the ground by some random big bloke might have a heart condition or a brain tumour or a prosthetic leg.
Could've been worse.Imagine if he had been a Brazilian ?
Dont get that Teddy?
And that random big bloke will find himself being accused of manslaughter at the very least!! The law is there to protect us from ourselves as well!!
Thanks, lottie....nice pussy by the way :0) x
Jean-Charles de menezes, B00.

As I said previously, the carriage had already been treated to several minutes of this charming lad's behaviour before filming took place.
I think Teddybear makes a joke about the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes
Jean Charles de Menezes. And he bought a ticket.
oh right- cheers for that, couldn't make the connection
No more of a joke than that about the black man or the 70 year old.
Good job it wasn't in the US.....some bugger would have shot him.
zeuhl you could say that about anyone, the guard was an old chap and the stress the lad was causing could have given him a heart attack, who's to know.
If I were sat on that train I'd be pretty annoyed at the lad, I'd have probably got up myself and had a word, and I'm 5'8 and 12 stone, if he were bigger than me I wouldn't have because I would have thought I couldn't make a difference.
I wouldn't call it mob rule, I'd call it an obnoxious little div annoying someone who dealt with it.
B00, just seen your reply. I didn't say he was still a child and should not be taking responsibility for his own actions. What I said was that as a parent you would care that your son/daughter got injured by someone twice their size - regardless of why it happened.

Anywho, I won't change your opinion and you won't change mine so let's all have a cup of tea and remind ourselves of the good old days. :)
Totally agree with you pa_ul.
