My monthly combo of pain killers for severe period pains is usually 2 x paracetamol and 2 x Feminax Express and a prescription pill of Tranexamic Acid. It would be nice to just have to take 1/2 pills instead. Has anyone tried Nuromol and found it effective? I would like to try it but just nervous that it won't touch the pain.

Back in the days when I had your problem, nothing I took would help. I eventually had a Mirena coil fitted. If you aren't trying to get pregnant, I would recommend it. I had mine put in under general anaesthetic, but it was worth it - from the first period after it was in I had no pain (and hardly any bleeding) after years of agony. It can stay in for up to five years.
A combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen . Dissolves quickly to give quick pain relief.I have used it for toothache and it didn't disappoint.
Have you tried mefenamic acid on prescription from your GP? It is much stronger than Feminax express and is really helpful with period pains
I agree with squsalminney.
