Any of the things that say they will allow you to are trying to get you to install nasties so stay away from them.

Absolutely, sara - I've ticked all the privacy boxes, particularly since FB changed the settings a few weeks back without telling anyone. People who are not my friends can still message me but they can't see my stuff.
