I thought you meant cannabis from your title.
There's a Roll Your Own shop opened up in our little own, not seen many people in it though.
It is not one of my vices, but people who roll their own tend to roll thinner, smaller cigarettes, and therefore smoke less. The tobacco does not contain the additives that keep a normal cigarette lit and smouldering so passive smoking is greatly decreased.

Yes Gromit but this is referring to what is effectiveley a loop hole, in the US anyway. The shops provide loose tobacco and the customers create their own cigarettes that are pretty well identical to the standard "tailor made" ones but the duty is less. I'm not referring to your standard "hand rolling" stuff.
