Have much empathy with everyone who cannot get to sleep nor stay asleep for too long. One night I just could not get to sleep at all, not even for 15 mins...so got up and stayed awake all next day and then only managed the usual 4 hours sleep the next night. It IS an awful thing so hugs to all those suffering - just wish I could have 8 long hours of quality sleep (wazzat)....wishing on a star here lol.
