Suggestions for sarnie fillings please

I am running out of ideas for sandwich fillings.

Any interesting ideas that do not involve "dry" fillings like, say, cheese would be most welcome.

Ideally things in mayo or "saucy" fillings are desired.

If we have roast lamb on a Sunday, I mix chopped up lamb with mayo and a teaspoon of mint sauce and my husband says it is yummy !

My lot love what they call "the Menorca special" Ham, cheese, tomato and coleslaw - messy but really tasty. We love to have it with Mahon cheese which is made in Menorca but any good cheese will do
