With a nod to the Celtic heritage in the area what about Pub Ichair?
I spent many happy hours making up pub names once, I must try and find the list but the first was the Dog and Lamp Post. As you want one for a bar I'll think afresh, although I hardly ever notice their names.
Carsey's springs to mind as something memorable- 'I'm just going to Carsey's' rolls off the tongue nicely. Or The Bog in the same vein. Or maybe a psychiatric theme- The Oedipus, or The Split Personality.

I could go on but may not be popular if I do.
There is an hotel in Dorset, famed in literature, which has a bar called the
'Why Not'. Why not, indeed?
