Night latch lock on Garden gate?

I want to install a night latch on a small gate up to the house. I then have key to access personally and an intercom for visitors they talk to me over the video audio relay and I can press a button which releases the night latch. You just replace the latch holder with one which is connected to the system and it releases the latch when the button is pressed. Problem being most the night latches look to be for interior use and probably not designed to be open to the elements ( I also live by the sea).

Any one know of any exterior night latches?
