Something has got me wondering. If a man and woman marry and during their marriage the man has gender reassignment surgery to become a woman, does the marriage remain legally binding? As two people of the same sex can not be 'married' does their relationship change to a 'civil partnership'?

I challenge folk to do this test........the issue being each of us has a mix of male and female hormones in us that can help decide sexuality - I scored 13 to the female side......I can live with that.

Thanks for the answers. To be honest I'm not really after personal opinions on the matter, I was just interested where the law stands on it which I now know so thanks.
Ah; a questionaire may tell you loads about your mental outlook. It will tell you nothing about your gender.

Glad you got the answer you required EvianBabay.
