Does anyone know, or have a sensible guess, about how many GB/km StreetView requires?

to do what ?
Hi scotman....I am assuming that you are wishing to establish how much of your Broadband allowance is used to browse Street Views. Accordingly, you could be interested in the following which suggests a free download of a meter to measure actual usage.:-

I am thinking about taking a download but am a little put-off by the fact that one has to register with e/mail address and password.

It would have been nice if an AB Techie had said something on the matter.

Ron.
I use a nice little FREE program called BitMeter.
Google for BitMeter and use Downloads.cnet.com
It records download values and uploads in daily, weekly or monthly.
Not sure if you are referring to RAM? -If so I should think 2GB+ would be fine....
Matheous....Reading again the OP, I think you are on the right track and I may have gone off rail.

Hopefully, scotman is still 'threaded' and will comment further.

Ron.
