i connected my cam with a 4 pincable
on tv screen in said
no device

Have you tried connecting the STV-250N cable as shown in diagram 4 on Page 67 of the user manual?
Then follow the instructions on Page 68.
(It can sometimes be a bit tricky to get all the cable connectors to seat properly both at the camcorder and at the TV)
