A quote by Oscar Wilde has been split up into groups. Rearrange the groups to form the quote. What should it say?

This has got me stumped, I have googled but can't find this particular quote.

Thanks scotman, I would never have got it seeing as there was a mistake in the groups of letters, did you spot it? it was SAL + FAT it should have been SFA + TAL. Kath.
