How to change BT Vision+ from Wales to our Local NW Region?

For some reason we have Wales as BBC and ITV TV Region. BT says it's not their fault. . . does anyone know how to change this?

If you have done a retune on your box and it's still the same then your aerial wants moving slightly, you are in a area that picks up 2 signals from different tranmisson's so make sure your aerial is turned to face the one you want.

Either point your aerial at the correct transmitter (because it's obviously taking its signals from a Welsh one at the moment) or try a solution from here:
