Never had problems before but I have an email from Ebay confirming my item was listed some time back. Trouble is, I cannot delete it. It just comes up with this message
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again

I use Vista home premium & outlook express v6. I can delete every other email (from friends & others from Ebay) but not this one. Any ideas please?
thanks

attn Buenchico. I just looked at the link & followed instructions but when I got to this last line I didn't have anything listed "AppData folder" so have come to a stand-still

Close Windows Mail
Click Start
Click Computer
Double-click “C” drive (your hard drive)
Double-click the Users folder
Double-click the folder with your user name (ex: mine would be Rick)
Double-click the AppData folder
Try going to the Windows Mail folder directly, from a search. (i.e. go to Start>Search and run a search for 'all files & folders' with 'Windows Mail' as your search term).
Question Author
thanks will try that
appdata is a standard system folder, and as such you can always get directly to it by clicking on the start button and then in the run/search box at the bottom of the start menu typing %appdata% and pressing enter.
