Found this recently. While it is interesting I am not sure what this does that cannot be done by conventional keyed instrument.

haha cool, you can play the piano and do the robot dance at the same time!

It's a "because we could" toy. Looks like it would be fun for an hour or two!

That was my first thought too. A bit like the laser harp etc.
