Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

MM & KM Link Games October Week 3

Good evening to the Shrubbery Lurkers and others.

This weekend marks the midpoint of our 5-week month of guessing games so the field is wide open for anyone at all to take honours at the end of the month.

The MM links game is set by an AB member and this month, the challenge words are being supplied by Euphemia who for the purposes of the game has been entitled "Morgan Le Fay"
This game kicks off at 09:00 sharp tomorrow (with a warm-up preamble posted at 08:45). All you have to do is guess the pre-chosen link-words that combine with the revealed challenge words to form a well-known phrase or word. The game is set by ourselves, but is based on the Saturday Telegraph GK - Monday Herculis links idea.
Be sure to tune in early for a chance of bonus points.

Our sister game of the KM Links game is still run from down there in Ozzieland.
Unfortunately, she is having ongoing internet access problems and has declared a suspension of the game until these issues have been resolved.

Players are welcome to arrange an alternative launch of the game (as has happened in the past) but on Monday - What then? Yes the game can be scored, but only Seekeerz has the monthly totals to date, so the leadership board cannot be updated.
I leave it to die-hard KM Addicts to decide what you want to do.

Both? games will be found tomorrow morning in Quizzws & Puzzles.

In the meantime, I declare the Shrubbery is now open for players to relax or to plan their strategy.

We had a pleasant Friday last week because "She Who Cannot be Named" was away in Portugal. 'When the cat's away, the mice will sleep soundly.'
