I thought I would ask the experts on here.............
I have bought a Hamilton Automatic Self Winding Watch.
Does it do it any harm wearing it in bed OR should it be taken off at night.??

It won't do any harm - but no advantage either, as there will be minimal movement of your wrist (hopefully!), Personally, never have worn watch in bed- feels wrong.
Well I have a Tissot self-winding watch and I heven't taken it off, apart from in the bath, for nigh on 40 years.
