Well i think i've seen it all now, the ice cream van driving round to the school gates today ready for them coming out, and as he was driving he was on his mobile, now this is a chappie thats got slashed all over is van , WATCH OUT FOR THAT CHILD, AND LOOK OUT FOR CHILDREN, is this bloke real.?

Ok jokes aside, yes it`s an offence to drive while using a mobile phone but texting is worse and they get away with it because the phone is not visible.

Changing radio stations is more dangerous than talking on a phone and that`s not been banned yet
