Hi there - need help!! - my daughters 32" TV which is mounted on the wall has recently started switching itself off and going on to standby mode - once you switch it back on with the remote control it works fine - any ideas what could be up with it???

Have a look in the Menu as there may be a Sleep Timer facility there which needs resetting.

My old TV used to have a power save mode. If you watched the same channel for too long without changing the volume, etc then the TV would go into standby. Might be something like this.

It could also be a feature designed to prevent overheating. Most wall-mounted TVs will need a specified gap between them and the wall behind them. Has one been left?
