My period is going to start soon... I can feel it...When I get my period my cramps are very bad... They have always been bad... I have passed out 3+ times not in the same day, Gotten headaches, nausea, fatigue and dizziness also lightheadedness. There was something wrong with my mom's period so she had to have a Hysterectomy. There was also something wrong with her mom's period as well. My sister thinks there is something wrong with hers to... When I get cramps I get them in my legs to... Sometimes it hurts more on my right side... They get so bad that yes I have passed out. Today I spent the whole day in bed... I've begged my mom to take me to the ER several times but she won't do it. I have to take 3 or more Ibuprofen to get rid of my cramps... I'm 20, have had Thyroid problems, I've had an Ultrasound done, I've also had a Pelvic Exam done(They didn't find anything) I've also been put on Zovia and Levora birth control and they didn't help... I've tried taking a bath, the fetal position and a heating pad... Nothing works... I usually pass out before I get any relief...I am being put on the DEPO shot soon but idk if it will help... I also have type 1 Diabetes. 2 times when I passed out I was laying down. The last time I passed out was in front of my bedroom door... Everything just went White and I woke up a few hours later wondering what happened...My right side hurts right now... under my belly button also... I think that I might have Uterine Fibroids or Endomitriosis... I have symptoms of both... I have also lost just straight tissue as well. I have also never had sex so I KNOW I'm not pregnant so I can't be having a miscarriage either... So idk should I go to the hospital? If they get really bad again should I go to the ER and have a full body scan done or Laparoscopic Surgery? Should I have a more detailed Ultrasound done? I do also only have pain in my right side and leg and under my belly button right now... I do have Anemia but I don't take anything for it...So what should I do? I mean something's wrong here... I can feel it... Cramps SHOULD NOT be this bad and I have tried everything and I mean everything to get rid of them with no relief... I mean the next time this happens and I feel like I'm going to pass out or I do pass out and my mom won't take me to the ER should I just call 911? If so what should I tell them? Please help... I mean something is really wrong here... Serious answers please....Anything helps... Thanks...

Well I can't drive so I can't get myself to the DR. Also if I'm passed out how would I get myself to the DR.? I mean if I feel like I'm going to pass out then yes I'm going to call 911 or have someone else do it for me. Or just take me to the ER. But if I do pass out and no one knows then should I call 911 after I come to?
no
And I am a woman - pass me the headache tablets, it must be Friday.

Huh I'm sorry?
Wat you need to do is see your doctor. I'm sorry but i find it very hard to believe that any doctor whose patient told them they were passing out regularly for 2 hours at a time and didn't refer them, or try to do something about it is rubbish and you should get a new one
You should be.
sorry that shouldn't read i find it hard to believe they are rubbish i meant i find it hard to believe they wouldn't do somethin

That was a sorry as in I didn't understand...
and mine was sorry you are trolling.
Samantha you really have had all the advice possible, see your own Doctor and ask to be referred again to a Gynaecologist.
Sorry but I agree with Sqad.. it doesn't sound like an emergency to me. As soon as I started my periods when I was 12 I had agonising cramps that would leave me bedridden for days. I ended up quite severely anemic and was also house bound by how heavy they were as well. My doctor tried me on a few tablets (can't remember the names of them) but none of them worked. He eventually tried me on microgynon along with iron tablets and they are much better. I still get agonising pains but not to the extent that I can't walk or anything like they used to be. I also think they were that bad that my pain tolerance has went up.

We are the same age btw and I think that you should take it upon yourself to see a new doctor, especially if your current one isn't very helpful. And I mean that as in a local surgery and not ER. xx
