If I signed my shares over to my ex husband when I didn't want to but felt I had to, and seeing I suffer from bipolar. Does that mean I signed it under duress, as I feel like I'm entitled to something from the business I helped run, we are not divorced yet and want to know where I stand, any info would be greatly apprecited thank you.
