Have just recd it today, was working fine until batteries went flat and now they wont charge up again, any ideas?

Well, I had the same and douglas . an ABer suggested that i used the other battery which came with the phone.....bingo it worked....it was a bad battery connection.

Thanks but I am trying both batteries, so upset cos i have waited 2 wks for phone to arrive!
